DMCA Copyright Policy

Ore Finder ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, authors, and copyright holders. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), we respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted to our designated agent.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that any content hosted on https://orefinder.io infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a written DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice.
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification must include all of the following information:
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including exact URLs or direct links to where the material is located on our website.
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Review and Response Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice containing all required elements:
- We will promptly investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We will take reasonable steps to notify the party responsible for supplying the material that access has been disabled.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on our platform was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:
- Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a strict policy of terminating or restricting access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
